General Counsel, P.C. is a full service law firm providing exceptional legal services to businesses and non-profit organizations.  Since its foundation in 2004, General Counsel, P.C. has grown through building long-term relationships with satisfied clients.

The “concept” beyond General Counsel, P.C. is simple.  Most large corporations will have “in-house” lawyers who are employees of the corporation.  These lawyers are familiar with the corporation’s business and, as such, can customize their legal counsel to the organization’s business goals.  At General Counsel, P.C., our goal is to fulfill a similar role for smaller businesses that do not have the resources (or do not want to incur the cost) to have “in-house” legal counsel.  We work to understand our clients’ business methods and objectives, which allows our attorneys to provide better and more cost-effective representation.
