Mission

The mission of the Business Incubation Center (BIC) at the Community Business Partnership is to provide an atmosphere where small businesses can grow and prosper. The BIC is able to do so by offering an array of business support resources and services developed by the BIC and its network of contacts. The incubator clients create jobs, revitalize neighborhoods and strengthen the local economy.

The Business Incubation Center offers the following services:
