1.Your Business Plan, in Word Format, with the subject line : 2013 Business Plan Contest

Max 20 pages including 2 pages of financials

2.Your Resume

3.A Cover Page to include:

Name of Business

Name of Owner(s)

Logo and/or Slogan

Business address, telephone number, website, and email address.

Phrase “Submitted Solely for Consideration by the Business Plan Review Panel of Community Business Partnership”

4.$50 Non-refundable Entry Fee (Fee may be waived for NxLeveL Graduates)

Who is Eligible?

All entrants must be a client of Community Business Partnership as of May 8th, 2013.

Your Business must be either a start-up or in existence 2 years.

Non-profit business ventures are not eligible to compete.

Failure to meet any of these criteria may cause disqualification

Each Entrant will receive :

A certificate of participation

Written feedback from up to 6 judges

An exclusive 2 hour “elevator speech” group coaching session given by 1 to 1 Discovery

An Invitation to our Award’s Breakfast at the Springfield Country Club on June 5th from 7:30—9:30 am
