Room Rental Policy:

Room reservation will NOT be confirmed until full payment is made.
If a room rental reservation is canceled within 48 hours of reservation full payment will be forefeited.
If a room rental is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive rent minus 10% (credit card refund) and a full refund if a refund check is processed
Weekend rentals are base rent plus 10%
Coffee is included with all conference room rentals
Coffee is an additional charge of $1 per cup for all training room rentals
