Fee: $10 plus $1 for each partner beyond two. For certificate of occupancy, contact the code of Enforcement Division, Alexandria City Hall, 301 King St, Room 4200, Alexandria: (703) 838-4360. Fee: $100 to $150, depending on square feet. For zoning approval (separate from the certificate of occupancy), contact the Planning Department, Alexandria City Hall, 301 King St., Room 2100, Alexandria, (703) 838-4688. No fee.
