Business Plan Competition

Each spring, Community Business Partnership sponsors its annual Business Plan Contest. Clients from all CBP programs are invited to submit their business plans for review by a professional panel of judges which typically includes a banker, an attorney, a marketing expert, an accountant, and a former Business Plan Contest winner or small business owner.

All participants receive written feedback on their plans and are invited to the annual Business Plan Contest Awards Luncheon held in early June. Those whose plans score the highest among the judges win a prize package of valuable goods and services suitable for new business owners.

All entrants must be a client of CBP as of May 8th 2013. Non-profit business ventures are not eligible to compete. All Business must either be a Start-up or in exitence 2 years or less.
