Community of CoachesThe Women's Business Center of Northern Virginia is pleased to offer a community of personal life coaches to support its clients who are business owners. By working with a coach, you will have the opportunity to work on personal and business goals that are specific and unique to your situation. Coaches provide a partnership designed to help you produce results as you develop your business.
Why Might I Want a Coach?
A coach can help you clarify your vision, create a balanced life, strengthen your core values, manage change and define success. A coach can provide support, help you see different perspectives, generate ideas, and help you take action towards your goals. These coaches are NOT technical or business coaches.

Who Are These Coaches?
Professionally trained coaches in our community, who in many cases are also clients of the WBC, are providing these coaching services. A list of coaches is available at the WBC and here on the website. You may contact any of the coaches listed below to set up an initial complimentary meeting. If there's a good fit between you, you can continue to use their services.
How Much Does It Cost?
The structure and fees of the coaching program are as follows:
Your FREE Initial Meeting with a Coach is to Determine compatibility and the Nature of Your Work Together.
There is no charge for this first 30-60 minute meeting via phone or in person
- If mutually agreed upon by both you and the Coach, additional sessions are encouraged!
- Special Four Session Coaching Package Available Only to WBC Clients!
Flat fee of $100 payable directly to your Coach includes 4 coaching sessions via phone or in person (30-60 minutes each session)
Please note that most of these Coaches normally charge $100-$200 per hour, so this package offers a substantial savings. These coaches want to give back to you and other WBC clients, as well as grow their own businesses.
What Then?
If you want to extend your coaching sessions beyond the initial package, fees will be negotiated directly with your individual coach.
