Training Classes

Cancellation policy:

Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.

Participants who have paid and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.

Participants who cancel may apply their funds to a future class within 30 days of the original class date.

Participants wishing to receive a refund will be charged a 10% administrative fee.

Nxlevel™: Participants who do not cancel at least two (2) weeks in advance, will forfeit their entire payment. Participants will not receive a refund for NxLeveL™ after the conclusion of the first class.

Early Bird Class Rate: The early bird rate is 7 days prior to the start date of the class. Within 7 days of the class the rate increases to the non-early bird rate. Quickbooks is an exception. The early bird rate increases 14 days prior to class start date.
